Marinette is on a school break and everything is fine… until she learns that Adrien had to leave for Shanghai, China, with his father. Luckily, her Uncle Wang lives there, and his birthday is coming up soon! To go meet Adrien and her own origins, Marinette decides to take his gift to Uncle Wang herself. But soon after arriving there, Marinette loses all her stuff, including her purse, Tikki… and the Miraculous that allows her to turn into Ladybug! To find them, she teams up with Fei, unaware that she was the one who stole her things!
