This document informs you of the way in which Mediawan Kids & Family, as data controller, ensures that the processing of your data complies with the norms and standards in force, including the French law n°78-17 Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978 and the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD) under European Union law.

Mediawan Kids & Family thus intends to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personal data it processes and strives to implement all organisational and technical measures to protect their integrity and confidentiality.

The data of the users of the website are collected from the information provided or obtained : 

- Via the contact form – online informations request

- By creating a user account on the website

- Via the application form

Unless you object, or with your consent when it is required, Mediawan Kids & Family may also send you information and offers likely to interest you, selected according to your interests.

The data controller is Mediawan Kids & Family, a simplified joint stock company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 790 159 495 and located at 46, avenue de Breteuil - 75007 Paris.

2.3 Recipient of the data

We take care to limit access to and processing of your personal data to employees who are authorised to do so by virtue of their function, within the IT, marketing and digital departments of Mediawan Kids & Family.

3. HOW LONG ARE YOUR DATA KEPT?

Your data is kept for the legal periods in force relating to each of the purposes for which it was collected, i.e: 

- Up to 3 years after your last contact

- Up to two years if your application was not successful

In general, your data is kept in an active database for a period proportional to the purposes for which it was collected.

4. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA AND HOW EXERCICE THEM?

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 July 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete information concerning you, in the cases envisaged by the regulations which you can exercise by writing to the following address: rgpd@mediawan.com, or by logging into your account if necessary.

5. WHAT MESURES ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?

Only those involved in the management of the sites and Mediawan Kids & Family’ marketing and commercial services are authorised to access your data.

Your data is in a file protected by a strong password, stored on the servers of the Mediawan group to which Mediawan Kids & Family belongs, which guarantee the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.
